  2. Japan & Germany both need to be independently prepared for war against China & Russia. Pity that Yamamoto & Togo decided to attack Pearl Harbor. Otherwise Japan would have been a superpower by now & China would not exist. Unintended consequences. For their parts Togo & Yamamoto were executed by the US Army run by Gen MacArthur. Japan is still recovering militarily. And the whole world is positioning for WW3 against China & Russia.
