  1. Abortion is not mentioned anywhere in the US Constitution. Ergo it is covered by the 10th Amendment and is a state issue just like any other non-Federal crime. Someday history will look back on the 1972-2022 abortion on demand era similar to pre Civil War slavery as just something that went on too long.
