  5. There are no remaining issues that will be resolved before trial. The magistrate judge has placed a gag order on everyone. BCK is caught & guilty. The only remaining issues is whether he will be executed or not. And that answer is at least 1 year away.

  6. My college & grad school off campus house was a lot like yours too. My studio bedroom had a single twin sized bed, desk, chair, closet, table with no chair, toaster oven, and tiny fridge. Jeez I miss those simple times of long ago. Like you I kept my door locked.

  12. Yup her guardian angel told her to shut & lock the door and don't go out until the sun rises. Good thing she got a description of BCK.. She was the key to his arrest. She probably saved a lot of other people's lives in Wash State & Idaho by nipping him in the bud. BCK had the shortest criminal career in the history of crime. He is no doubt the stupidest person who ever murdered anybody. He probably is an Asperger's autistic.

  16.  @bethjoy2763  yup but it doesn't matter. BCK's DNA was found on the Ka-bar sheath. The sheath is consistent with the big fixed blade knife used to do the killing. The cell phone pinging proves BCK was out & about at that time & also stalked the 4 of them for 6 months. The car video agrees with the cell phone pinging. He's guilty. Q.E.D.

  32. It looks like from the PCA that none of them put up any fight at all. Kaylee Maddie & Ethan seem like they were killed in their sleep although Ethan rolled out of bed and died on the floor. And Xana didn't put up a fight at all she just cried like a little baby.

  36. The fear reaction in humans has 6 variations: Fight Flight Freeze Appease Play possum Avoidance The freeze reaction is common to all mammals. It has evolved in us mammals in hopes that a superior predator like a bear or big cat or bigger human won't see us. This must have been the case with Miss Dylan & BCK. He did not see her. Thank God. By surviving & providing police with her description she enabled WSU campus police to identify the driver's license of BCK from the list of white Hyundai's registered on campus. What great police work !! Thank you WSU !! Thank you Miss Dylan !! (Whenever parents give their daughters boys' names, I always preface them with Miss or Ms to avoid the confusion that their parents have caused.)
