Lots of mistakes by Luigi:
1: he stayed in NYC,
2: he made himself stand out,
3: he dropped the candy wrappers & water bottle,
4: he used a pistol rather than revolver,
5: he left casings behind,
6: he had the unnecessary backpack,
7: he left the backpack behind,
8: he kept the fake I/D,
9: he kept the firearm,
10: he ate in a McD's joint.
He's cooked !!!
