In the US Army & USMC the 17 to 19 year olds are supervised by NCO's & Officers much older & guns are always locked up in an armory except for supervised training or deployment or war. So how did this teen who shot the girl get his paws on a gun ?? Report the news !!

  34. Ive camped out with a lite backpacking tent & sleeping bag & poncho wrap in below freezing temps in snow on Mt Whitney. I did this for fun. Homelessness is like a perpetual backpack trip or bike-pack trip. You need the right gear. So: Panhandle during the day, Then stay warm at night.
