  1. Goshute-Shoshone owned/occupied Tooele Co which is where I bought my home. It should be finished by the end of Feb 2024. The land was ranchland before being developed for real estate by the builder. There is still a big cattle ranch there my the small county airport. North Tooele Co is very affordable right now in the low & mid & high $400K's depending on size.
