  1. The 1st (now-X) judge probably did not want to taint the jury pool so he ordered the sealing. On Nov 22nd the whole world will hear the preliminary evidence and all become tainted. In OJ Simpsons double murder trial the public knew within 3 days. So we just need to wait until Nov 22nd.
