Same provision is also in the Patriot act and DMCA. How do you think your IP address and account information get leaked? The operators have the data no the equipment. It has also been proven by BT and DT, Huawei has NO backdoor and CANNOT collect any data in the 5G base station. Were there any data stolen by Huawei in the 3G and 4G equipment? They are widely deployed in the US. So why the 5G?

In stead of explaining the bill, they distorted the bill, especially this guy Dennis kwok. As lawyers, if they disagreed with any part of the bill, they should make recommendation and amendment in stead of just bashing it. There is also an employee handbook that has rules that employee must comply to. She agreed to it when she was hired. Someone should get hold of the handbook and see what the rules are. She can always sue Cathay for wrongful termination. ESPN fired their anchor because she criticized Trump on a tweet. That's the way it is. That is also why Youtube and other media can ban accounts. They have the right.

  31. @Jerry Why do they want to spread it to everybody? If so, they can just do nothing. The last epidemic of H1N1 originated from the US. The US government didn't do anything. No quarantine of city, nothing. The latest revision is it cause over 100K death worldwide. However, the fatality drop to 0.2% because of the larger unreported cases. This is the same rate of regular flu. Corona virus's number is 2% right now similar to H1N1 in the beginning. If there is a larger number of unreported cases, then the fatality rate will drop. As a comparison, SARS has a fatality rate of 7%. I think the media is blowing it all out of proportion, Compared to H1N1, at least the government here is trying. This is the time to help not to point finger.

The film covered just a bit on rioters blocking and destroying the MTR as well as setting a man on fire. But they missed the fight between passenger that need to go to work and the rioters blocking them.
