The same with UN, you cannot ban any country from attending UN meeting. Russia is not banned in NY. There is a warrant for Marcos' arrest and yet he attended the White House meeting. Rule of Law?

  14. I don't get how it is unfair to compare death rate. Cops killed people in US for fear of their life. Cops in Hong Kong got his ear bitten off but still did not fire a shot. Is it fair to compare sentencing? A rioter throws rock at police and get a 4 weeks sentence. In US same offense earn you 30 years.
