If you search for later news you will find 13 were charged. At the time of this article only two were charged. Strait times is an anti-China newspaper.

  8.  @GIN.356.A  I think the kids are too young to understand this. It is the fault of the adult instigators like Alvin Leung. The interesting thing is they encourage kids to riot but does not allow their own kids to participate.
