@Cosmo1093 No the law is not wrong in concept. US has the same law. You can't have people yelling fire in a crowded theater. I like to know the process of reporting to CDC and the actual story. Did he report that to CDC? Did he consult with other doctors? Or he just posted that on social media and that's it. He is only 34 so he also has a credibility problem.

Your source please on fatality rate. All estimate today showed 2% fatality rate. Do you know more than the doctors in US CDC and WHO?

Not the central government, the government is now investigating this incident. There are too much corruption in China. There is reason why all the supplies were controlled and distributed by the military. Local officials cannot be trusted. During the Sichuan earth quake, alot of the aids and supply were hijacked by the local officials. Crisis is when they can make the most money.
