@iamteddy87 Dude, either you are ignorant or just lying. The Chinese claim is the SAME as the Taiwanese claim. ROC made the claim first in 1947 and they still have troops on the largest islands. China had troops on these islands since 1887 to 1932. France annexed them in 1932. And Japanese returned them in 1945, it is in the treaty of Sino Japanese treaty in 1951. Why is it the Indian-Chinese fight with rock and stick when they both have guns and nuclear weapon? If China is invading this wasteland shouldn't they use fire arms?.

@iamteddy87 Well, the Mongol Empire is not monolithic. Genghis Khan adopted Chinese tradition and Chinese name and were assimilated. They are one of the five major ethnic group in ROC's Constitution. By your logic, what is Israeli's claim to Palestine? Why is US honoring their claim?

There had not been a terrorist incident for the last three years.I think this is an assimilation program like the US and Australia in the 19th century to assimilate the population.

@DudeRevolution They allowed Bob Woodrow of ABC. He also did a piece on Hui Muslim too. Hui are building new schools and new mosques. Hui are Chinese speaking and have no history of terrorism. I believe it is not about religion but more about assimilation. Uro another minority group is doing fine. With only 10% of the population they owned 25% of the assets.

@DudeRevolution This is inevitable. US wants Mexican Americans to learn English as well. The truth is with TV, movies and Internet we are ALL being assimilated. Have you noticed African Americans are losing their accent. As a matter of facts, the conservatives are also complaining they are being assimilated to black and Hispanic culture.

@sentinel5524 True. But are you aware some Mongols joined CCP to fight the KMT in the early days. To me economy is everything, if they are prospering then they will be happy. The Mongolian government is incompetent and bankrupted the country and China has to bail them out. Since then China has too much influence in Mongolia.
