Didn't China build infrastructure for PH? Mindanao Rail, Makati Subway, Davao City Coastal Road, and the Samal Island-Davao City Connector. Or they don't count unless China forced you to buy arms from them

It is an independent contracter that has no jurisdiction Arbitration requires TWO parties. PCA is obviously just theater. The ruling is NOBODY own the islands because they are just rock despite the fact ROC has troops living there since 1947. So this is kind of BS when a arbitrater refused to look at evidence.

It was done by PCA and it is not even an UN organization. They are an UN observer. They are a contracter to resolve dispute. And the result is they said nobody owns the islands because they are rocks despite the fact Taiwanese had lived on the island for 50 years.

Are you aware of the NATO expansion into Asia? After inviting Korea, Japan, Aus and NZ to the NATO summit, they now have set up an office in Japan. US is sending a nuclear ballistic submarine to Korea. They are demanding Taiwan to draft and increase their defense spending to 6%. Well what is the motivation? US economy is based on debt. If USD lost its status as the trading currency, US economy will collaspe. The largest economies BRICS is going to trade with their own currency. And US is losing its sanction power. In March, China trades were settle 42% in Yuan and 41% in USD. US cannot let that happen. They need to weaken China desperately. In Australia there is an idea to pass a law to attack any country UNPROVOKED. So war is coming and PH is in the middle of it. I won't be surprised PH will be bombed if US launch an attack from PH.

If you print money for a kiving and all of a sudden your paper is not worth anything, what are you going to do. USD is under threat from BRICS. Without it , US sanction will be useless and they willm have trouble borrowing. What would you do? Attack BRICS. It is no coincidence, BRICS refuse to condemn Russia.

@rainieresguerra-uw7on Have you heard of the treaty of SanFrancisco signed by the US and Japan, The Spratley Islands were RETURNED to China. And Taiwan has troops on it since 1947. The French (Vietnam) has a weather station on the island. France also annexed Spratley on behalf of French Indonesia. Philipines' claim is the most skimpy but the loudest. This has to be solved by all nations NOT US.

@toglut448 Are you talking about the ROC? Yes it is included. In the 1951 Treaty of San Francisco, the islands were RETURNED to China (ROC)

@codeman260 Oh dear. You are calling US and Japan liars. The 1951San Francisco Treaty that US and Japan signed, RETURNED the islands to China. About historic claim there are records go back a thousand years. However, it was Qing Dynasty that it was under the administration of Hainan province. The Sino Franco treaty clearly indicated that the islands were part of China. Ny government USA acknowledge the Chinese sovernity in Cairo, Potsdam and San Francisco.

@toglut448 You have to make me work , don't you. China did not attend because of civil war. But ROC signed with Japan in 1952 the teeaty of Taipei. Article 2. The Cairo declaration ( not a traety) also indicated China has the soverirnty over the islands.

@toglut448 PH ownership is Marcos saying this is mine in 1972. The treaty of Taipei is between Japan and ROC. So why would it be there if ROC is not the receipient. Furthermore, article 10 of treaty reference Potsdam declaration which also Cairo declaration which claerly state Japan stole the islands from ROC. PH's claim is so skimpy, Vietnam and Indonesia have better claim. At least they built something on the islands.
