  4.  @ToiChutGongFlu  Taiwan government won't allow it. Article 4 of the Taiwanese constitution disallow Taiwan to separate. They will have to revise the constitution. A fun fact, the Taiwanese constitution alo explicitly allow Tibetan and Mongolians to vote in Taiwan.
