  2.  @PyroMax  Huh? There is a shift to packet based systems instead of staying in circuit switch system. That is why Nortel lost market share. Cisco is actually doing quite well as they dominate the management plane. Huawei actually has 1/3 of the essential patents and Cisco none. It is hard to say Huawei stole Cisco's IP.
