If dependent has the burden of proof then there won't be need for a prosecutor or evidence. And yet evidence are presented during trial. Your big complain is bail. Not all accused get bailed. In the US Luigi Mangiub=ne did not get bail. For J6 Proud boys did not get bailed So stop making stuff up.

  8.  @FlyingTiger1989  Lawyers have to be licensed by the local bar which they are not a member. The 47 participated in an illegal primary. Their names are on the ballot. And most of them pleaded guilty. IT IS THE RULE OF LAW. You cannot defend you did not participate. The only argument is the primary is legal which it is not. There were plenty of evidence or or 35 of them will not be pleading guilty.
