  1.  @Stromboli916  Majority of the debt owed by Angola is to European and US. China has only about 20% of its debt. Debt trap is a myth.

  2.  @adude849  You answered your own question. Srilanka owe 90% of its debt to the West and they refused to restructure the loan. China restructured their loan.
