  2. You are wrong. Korea will not join US because they have too much invested in China ans China has nuclear weapon. They won't even pay the fee US is requesting for stationing troops in Korea and US is withdrawing troops from Korea. And same with Japan and their constitution forbids them to go to war. They won't even allow US to build a missle base in Japan. Philippines economy relied on China too much to go to war. Taiwan maybe, but 2/3 of the population want status quo. The US South China Sea position is against their interest because it was Taiwan that originated the 9 dash line. Did Taiwan support US on its position? No way. If they do Tsai will be impeached.

  5. TRump is also using McCarthy tactic. Bill Barr came out and say anyone dare to criticize Trump's China policy will be considered lobbyist for China and a state agent.Microsoft, Google Harvard, MIT and many more all asked Trump to show evidence of China's national security risk.

  9. You are so brain washed. Here is the detail of the last IP court fight. A Chinese Company contracted a Taiwanese company UMC for DRAM design for $1.2B. UMC then hired Micron engineers to help with the design. Micron sued them in Taiwan, and San Diego. They lost the Taiwan case because the design are DIFFERENT and the UMC design is several generations behind. They lost the case in San Diego because of jurisdiction. DOJ is suing UMC for IP theft as well and it's still on going. UMC asked to review the stolen trade secret. DOJ refused citing fear of trade secret being stolen. Remember, this trade secret was supposedly stolen. The court has ordered the evidence to be reviewed at a secure site. So far nothing has been presented. In the mean time Micron was founded guilty for violating UMC's memory stick patent. There 's one case on "IP" theft for you.

  14. Agreed. China needs more investment to boost their GDP. China is number 2 in GDP buy number 68 in GDP per capita. Decoupling with US is not going to help. However, US needs China as well, GM sold more cars in China then US. Sheldon Alderson made $1.2B a month in Macau. Do you think he wants to decouple? And he is the largest donor to the Republicans.
