Same provision is also in the Patriot act and DMCA. How do you think your IP address and account information get leaked? The operators have the data no the equipment. It has also been proven by BT and DT, Huawei has NO backdoor and CANNOT collect any data in the 5G base station. Were there any data stolen by Huawei in the 3G and 4G equipment? They are widely deployed in the US. So why the 5G?

  18. You are a little naive. The only contribution Apple has in the iPhone is IOS. The cell phone technology came from Qualcom. China can buy the same chips as well. These chips are also available from Taiwan. Since the chip ban, Huawei is buying from Taiwan.
