If only they know what they're fighting for. The bill is dead.

Ha, you wish. Saudis can murdered a US journalist after they booked 500 rooms in a Trump Hotel. He let ZTE off the hook after receiving a $500M loan from China. How much money is Jimmy Lai gonna give him? Trump is gonna leverage this and make more money for himself.

Right. How many people did they kill in the 1967 riot? British Hong Konger should vote for a new prime minister. What, you can't vote! What's wrong with your British passport. The seed of democracy = no freedom and no right to vote.

@louiekitz6961 Sure, you can make any demand you want. However, the demands are silly. The bill has been tabled and if it is reintroduced then restart protest again. You are beating a dead horse. All these violence for a word? And can you tell me what is the process to withdraw. It is just a word. Even if the bill is "withdrawn", people can still introduce a different bill. personally, I don't think the bill should be tabled. It should go through a debate and let the people vote on it because I think the public has been misled. You sound intelligent and reasonable. Here's a debate between Dennis Kwok and Ronny Tong. Then read the bill. Then you can decide. See the proper thing to do is to make suggestion to possible loophole in the bill and not throw the baby out with the bath water. Dennis promised to propose more guardrail for the bill so it can be more robust in the video. Instead of doing so, he is trying to argue for withdrawal. Such a liar..He also lied to the press in the US claiming no one was arrested in the Yuen Long incident and you know that is not true.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-GXJVjC2M-8 2 and 3 are legal issue. The court can decide that. And the protesters want rule of law unless they are saying rule of law does not apply to them. Is that democracy? 4. It should be done but investigate both sides including the misinformation campaign, procurement of weapon and explosive. 5. I can't find where in the Basic Law that mandated universal suffrage. I see it in the basic law as the final goal. Plaese give section and article. If it is in the basic law, then you can sue the government. Bottom line is protest is a way to express opinion and influence policy. It cannot and should not dictate policy. We have protest here in US and none has change anything and it shouldn't. If it can, we'll have chaos. You have people also in the protest asking lower real estate price, higher wages. How is the government gonna do that. More constructive is maybe these people instead of complaining should make proposal like we do here in the states.
