Freedom House (part of NED) has gave Josh Wong , one of the ring leader a grant. There is a 90% chance NED funded this too. Some of the so called activist also gave speech with Oslo Freedom Forum along with ISIS. RT claimed they trained 40K rioters. RT is not one of my trusted source though.
