  2.  @justin79811  Before he was governor he was the CEO of HCA. During his tenure he defrauded Medicare and Medicaid. The court fined the company $1.7 billion. So yes he is a crook.

  3.  @justin79811  He IS the CEO. Nobody was arrested because crazy US law that only that the corporation is guilty. Same as 2008 meltdown, not a single person was arrested for mortgage loan fraud. It is good to be rich.
