  1. It has been a trend for centuries. The more developed countries laway s off loaded lower skill lower value jobs to less developed countries. In the modern days you can see how the manufacturing is moving. First to Japan, then to Korea and Taiwan, later on to China. Now a lot of the Chinese factories are moving to Vietnam for lower labor. I met someone from China going to Mexico. He was running a factory in Mexico because of lower shipping cost. This is capitalism at work.
