@Mark Carson WTF are you talking about? How does immigration relate to police investigation?

@Trusted King You are no difference from PK Wong. You are at one extreme and he is at another. This is why we are having problem. At least he has some facts and you have none. Do the facts and then do the comment. Right now you are saying nonsense.

@Trusted King Have you read the bill? It is very similar to the Canadian and UK extradition law. So if it is bad then why do those countries have the same law. Opinion is different from bias. Bias is when you reject facts that do not affirm your belief. Instead they propagated fake news and conspiracy theory. The definition of terrorism is attack of innocent civilian to further a political goal. The HK riot fit the definition. You on the other hand still claimed peaceful protest, PLA. Show me facts that are real and confirmed. Facebook news don't cut it. MSM distorted the facts but they still tried to keep it accurate. You sir read too many fake news.

@Mark Carson Dude he is talking about hypocrisy. He used the wrong example tho. The investigation should be on police shooting in the US.

@Jetlag408 1992 LA riot 63 death. 2001 Cincinnati Riot 13 death, Kent state 24 death. HK riot 1 death killed by rioter. Do the math if you can. Too much 420 numbs your brain.

@chestipher4579 You are changing the subject. We're talking about riot death.
1
@jsbhmm8232 He said it did not happened in America. So google my facts then. did it happen?
1
@chestipher4579 Are we still talking about why there is no Independent investigative panel for other riots? Quit keep changing the subject would you?
1
@chestipher4579 What are you talking about? We are talking about riots and investigation. I ahve no idea how they relate. If you want to talk about government brutality, start another thread. I do agreed Mao caused a lot of death, but you have the wrong topic. You should be outraged why so many people were killed in protest in America. Or maybe you just don't care, only care about death in your own country.

If she is controlled by central government then she will at least be competent. But she is not.

You are contradicting yourself. If the panel was set up to cover the corruption, then they wouldn't have quit, would they?
1
@maka7600 All politicians are corrupted. Trump received a $500M loan from China and dropped the ZTE sanction. CCP is no exception. But what do that have to do with the panel. I think the panel is upstanding. They don't think they can do the job, so they quit. Where is the corruption? Did someone pay them off not to do the investigation.
1
@maka7600 CCP has nothing to do with the panel. It is the HK government that hired them. The IPCC convicted 10 cops for police brutality in 2014. They were sentenced to 12 months. The guy that attacked them was sentenced to one month. I don't think you are getting all the facts, but you are making a lot of assumption. Judging from your reply to Jet Black, you are also getting a lot of misinformation. FB news are usually fake.
1
@minhfunuo7001 How old are you? Can you read? They were in HK and review the case and made recommendation. IPCC did not accept their recommendation, that's why they quit.
1
@teckhohng3870 Dude, obviously you don't know HK law. IPCC never has subpoena power or investigative power. Their function is to handle compliant and investigate compliant only. For example, if the panel wants to investigate Yuen Long incident, if there is no compliant filed, you can't investigate. This why there is the word compliant in their name. They should have set up an independent task force to investigate the whole thing. not just the police but included also NED's role, everybody (the legislators) that's involved and the localist parties
