  4. I have no evidence. But I suspected FDA control pricing. A Chinese drug company has problem passing FDA with their cancer drug, They are approved after they raise their price 30X. In China the drug is $300 and in US $9000. Does that makes sense? Well they are still 20% lower than their American competitor. Over capacity Biden said.
