The easiest way to prove one way or another is try to replicate the creat Ition. This is done all the time in peer review. AFAIK, only BC tried and failed. Take politic out of science. My opinion is people tried and failed in the US.

Many companies that mandate vaccine make provision of medical waivers. All drugs have side effect even aspirin, it is between you and your doctor and cannot be mandated absolutely.
