  3.  @nox5555  NOT true. China has domestic tool maker and tool companies actually build factories in China to support China. ASML already has a factory in China. They have a service contract. Imagine 200B worth of equipment returning back to ASML. It will bankrupt the company.

  8. The CHIP act is fake. BEA System is a defense contractor that DO NOT make chips and they get 35M. TSMC is NOT even gonna get any money because US demand them to give up their IP. They will proably gonna give some money to Dorito

  10. Actually it is the other way. If TI has hired Maurice Chang as CEO, TSMC will not have happen. TI hired a white guy instead. The rest is history.
