  2.  @jeffpotter2934  And that didn't even work. TSMC is not happy with Biden, Biden claimed all the credit like a colonialist and did noy even thank TSMC like the AZ governor. TSMC is now also claiming the cost is too high. They want Biden to give incentive to US customers to buy US made chips. As part of the CHIP acts is they cannot do business with China. Intel CEO said with out the Chinese market they do not need to build a fab. Bye bye CHIP act and the US dream of chip making.
