  2.  @dilldozar296  The constitution does have amendments. US has a electoral college system, we do not have universal suffrage in the US meaning presidential election by popular vote. Trump can win despite losing by 3M votes. So if congress support universal suffrage for HK (also has a electoral college), they should support it for US. Yes Rubio n Cruz get on with it.

  3.  @dilldozar296  Then it's a hypocrisy to support them in HK but not in US. I know Cruz and Rubio supported the HK bill but opposed universal suffrage for US. Maybe because they'll lose every time but HK is of no consequence to them?
