  1. Not really. US has the same problem with the commercial sector. Local banks are going out of business. Not covered. Germany the home country 2 out of 3 companies moved and GDP growth is projected to be 0.5%. At least China's contraction is intentional to make housing more affordable. Rent went up 40% in US last 3 years. Yes China has problem so does everybody else. The world is in trouble and we are still arguing who is doing worse.
