@Eyre Borne There will not be a war. Both sides have nuclear weapon. It is about making money. The DoD wants money because China now has hypersonic missile despite having a $750B. Why build more B2 in the 21st century? In the name of National Security, the DoD gave alomost $900M to Kodak to START a pharma material operation. There are existing small companies that actually do that in US, why not fund them instead. There are other big companies like 3M, DuPont and Monsanto that can do this better. The "cold war" is just a new way to make money.
