  6. I am really confused. I worked on policy and traffic control. Netneutrlity means you DON'T do anything. This is opposite of net neutrality. Also when you talk about censoring, you will need to identify the content and network does not have the ability to do so. Censoring has to be at the content provider. This has nothing to do with net neutrality, From what I am hearing from you is a censorship AT the provifer and not atv the network
