  1. In 2001 I was diagnose with a severe blood clotting disorder Catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome when I had my first stroke at 29 years old. 2013 I moved to Thailand at the age of 41. Over the years I have dealt blood clots in my legs, kidneys, and lungs with having a few strokes. I could have lay in bed feeling sorry for myself probably dying. I chose to rise up becoming my own hero. Now I am happily married in Thailand making the best of each day. I am almost 52 now still fighting my battles with my health. Life isn't fair with you doing your best to become a better version of yourself. No matter how many times you get knocked down get up and fight until your last breath. There are many paths that leads to same destination to your goals. Now what is your excuse for not creating yourself a better life?
