  1. I have a severe blood clot disorder (catastrophic antiphospholipid syndrome) having many days I don't feel like getting out of bed. I have been hospitalized many times. I primarily get clots in the legs, kidneys, lungs and suffered a few mild strokes over the years. I started having problems when I was 35 years old. I learnt no matter how bad you suffer if possible get out of bed and enjoy your life. Anything is more worthwhile than laying down in misery do nothing to improve your happiness. I might be unable to do a spartan challenge, but I do the best I can to stay healthy. Despite my illness I traveled for 20 years and lived overseas for 10 years now. When I was 40, I retired and prepping moving to Thailand when I was 41. I am currently 51 married to a Thai lady living wonderful life, despite my illness. You have to learn to pick yourself up becoming your own hero life. Life is difficult, and you have to work for your own happiness it doesn't come freely. If you are fit, I recommend you undertake the spartan challenge your future self will thank you. Constantly try surrounding yourself with people you vibe with generating motivation in life. Periodically you deal with negative people never letting them destroy your happiness.
