  2.  @jaketheripper721  I started traveling 1993 moving to Thailand in 2013 being happily married. I can say its not a scam. Everyday I am enjoying more life for less money in an almost perfect paradise.

  3.  @Grabthar191  I always said to work on yourself doing your homework before making the move. Moving overseas takes effort from you to create the life you deserve. However its not overly complicated to live overseas with the right mind set making the right choices.

  4.  @jaketheripper721  I don't know about Eastern Europe but many other countries love to have an underwater welder which requires a scuba diving license. The world is a big place so broaden your research.
