  1. Take care of yourself while you can by eating right and exercising no matter your age. If you acquire a serious ongoing health problems later in life like me it becomes a 100 times harder to get rid of that Dad body. No matter how hard life becomes you must remain healthy as possible until your last breath. I most likely never get rid of my dad body but I try to remain healthy by following doctors advice, eating right, and doing a less strenuous exercise. Living overseas has improved my quality of life beyond imagination. Honestly I probably would passed away if I remained in America. The hardest thing I learned was becoming my own hero in life.
