I wouldn't take these type of women to dinner in the first place. Crap candy with a pretty wrapper never interested me. Overseas I never thought of splitting the bill. Even if you don't date they are a pleasure to be around with having a friend who may genially be interested in you. The women of value overseas are more traditional so don't think they will put out on the first date. You can find women to hook up with but they are the minority in most other countries. However I thought the goal was finding a good women leaving the gutter trash behind. When dating a good women overseas you will never want go back to the cave trolls back home. I promise if you work on yourself first acquiring an overseas income your world will change for the better. Enjoying more life for a lower cost finding a wonderful woman is a priceless gift. Have the courage to explore your happiness in life you will not regret it.
