  1. The hardest thing to learn is becoming your own hero. Government, society, and women today are making it harder on men in the western world. I don't have what's called a good day anymore due to my ongoing blood clot disorder that has a 50% death rate. Just some days are better than others. Most days I force myself to get out bed making the best out each day. I just know lying in bed pitying myself will kill me quicker. No matter how hard life becomes you must keep fighting until your last breath. I moved to Thailand in 2013 for the lower medical cost. Each new day I consider a blessing overseas. I am now happily married enjoying more life for less money in the land of smiles. Change for the better only happens when your willing to fight for a better life. Have the courage to change your fate never giving up on yourself.
