Living with a life-threatening blood clot disorder, I’ve had to accept I’ll never have the perfect body. Getting in better shape with a chronic illness requires patience, consistency, and ensuring changes are safe for your condition. Flare-ups can set you back, but being in better shape makes recovery easier. If I had given in to self-pity, I wouldn’t be here today. No matter how hard life becomes, keep fighting until your last breath.
