We have two choices when it comes to fear: (F)orget (E)verything (A)nd (R)un, or (F)ace (E)verything (A)nd (R)ise. Within our hearts, two wolves exist—one good and one evil. The one we choose to feed more is the one that wins. However, true wisdom lies in understanding that both wolves serve a purpose. Learning to channel their energy correctly can lead to a powerful and positive outcome. To deny one is to lose a part of yourself, for only by embracing both can you discover your true self. Only then can you create the life you truly deserve. My greatest battle is with a life-threatening blood clot disorder that carries a 50% death rate. My first stroke was in 2001, and my most recent was in December 2024. But in 2025, I still stand strong, using both wolves to fight until my last breath.

@matthewronsson Fix what you can and don’t let a few minutes of negativity take over your whole day. It’s all about your perspective. Some people let one bad moment snowball into a bad day, then a bad week, and so on. But in reality, most things aren’t worth that kind of energy.
