  1. An officer should have asked friendly general questions without people having to give up their constitutional rights. A person has a right to live their daily lives without opposition of others opinions. What ever happen to being innocent until proven guilty? The officer should then focus why the woman is harassing a law abiding citizens living their daily life. If there is no visible crime being committed people should mind their own business. It is a shame people always assume the worst without having probable cause creating unnecessary drama. One of the many reasons our country is in this state of mistrust between the government and people. My neighbors in the past experience a similar situation. If I didn't vouch for them living at the residence to the police it could have been a different outcome. I feel the renters in this video have the right to take legal actions were valid being compensated appropriately. Life would be so much better if one live life and let others do the same.

  2. They needed to try tell the man what is happening. He was being combative due to a serious medical emergency. They could have help without using excessive force to calm the man down. Paramedics could gotten permission to sedate the patient under the circumstances. Even if the man struck one them he isn't at fault due to his medical condition but they decide treat him as a common thug instead. This could have easily been handled in a safe manner that protected both the emergency responders, officers and the patient having a much more safer favorable outcome. I hope the man sues the crap out of them with criminal charges brought against the officers where valid who mistreated a man needing emergency medical treatment.
