Me too.

They don't get off easy here in North America either...........
1
Yep, and that's probably being conservative.... I woodn doubt it if it was more like 10 grand.... I commented on that vertical recording a month ago.... Hope he got the message....
1
Now, why would somebody record this in portrait?????? SMH..............
1
Morons...
1
Read the intro...that's what it's there for..
1
That cuckoo's beak looks deadly sharp....and there were several times it had a clear shot at the hawk's chest....tho you can see the hawk proceeded with caution around that beak. Looks to me, a few jabs to the chest and game over, or at least the hawk relents..... One wonders why these birds (woodpeckers are another great example with deadly beaks) why they don't fight back using their beaks.....
1
@Crocutaalpha And neither had any chance against the croc....
1
Those cats just used up one of their nine lives! I should thumb this down because YOU SHOT THIS VIDEO IN VERTICAL!!! You ruined what would've been a great video!
1
It appears the jackal was upwind of the leopard, so he/she couldn't detect her scent, let alone see her... The other jackal was prolly his/her mate.
1
Boy, i wish they had the balls to rip his balls out.... if they manage to do that, game over for the kitty kat... Also, pretty sad that buffalo was still alive with holes chewed thru his body....
1
Africa's version of a woodpecker....
1
Jesus saves….Moses invests……..
1
WHY would anybody record this in vertical???? He pans over to the right and thus the kitty disappears from view... Had the kitty pounced at that moment, he woulda missed it because he doesn't know how to hold a camera, er, phone... And he calls himself a "photographer"? SMH.
1
Better yet, if she woulda recorded in LANDSCAPE.
1
@True_Blood_89 Indiots leaving their dogs out at nite, chained up no less. What do they think would happen?
1
I never understood why crocs would go after full grown elephants.... Perhaps they think they can scrounge a chunk of meat from their trunks?
1
Survival of the fittest... Darwin never sleeps...
1
@davidmaclane5487 And here I thought they had coyotes, grizzlies, moose, bison and alligators in Africa!!
1
Who goes on safari and records in vertical?
1
DO the hunting. And a lion is a lion, whether it's a bitch or tom....
1
@Windrider6 I guess it comes down to they don't know how to operate a camera, er phone, properly. But yeah, plenty of stupid people out there for sure. Whenever i call these people out on their stupid camera practices (and i do it whenever i can), you wouldn't believe the backlash i get for being critical... Like WTF, you maroons?!?!?!?!?
1
@doubleutee8867 We can only hope so.
1
Once again, a video ruined because it was recorded in vertical.......
1
Elephant sounds like Curly from the 3 Stooges......
1
Young elephant....adolescent, or maybe a teenager....still tossed that lion like a ragdoll when he wanted to... He FINALLY got pissed and shook her off and charged, and thus, she ran away.... He needs to learn...he coulda dispatched that lion early on if he just woulda impaled her against a tree..... Nuttin' like being smashed between an elephant and a tree!
1
I was hoping the hyenas woulda ripped his balls out... They were trying, but he backed into the bush....
1
RECORD IN ****LANDSCAPE***** FER CHRISSAKE!!!!!!!
1
Gyp..... And you can't say that anymore because it's un-PC being offensive to the Gypsies....
1
Shame on who?
1
Not as bad as recording in vertical........
1
@harimauindia5775 I've already posed this idea of putting an occasional North American video on this channel....and the answer i got from non-Latest Sightings posters is they don't want this channel "polluted" with videos from other places...SMH. So good luck...lemme know how it goes.....
1
@Crocutaalpha Agreed.... Or, if it was any grazer being attacked by lions.
1
Pun intended........
1
@Seven Wyatt Go to hell!
1
Why in G-d's name would you record this in vertical?!?!?!? It was really painful to watch....not because the cat caught the dog, but because the scene was obliterated by the gross incompetence of the person operating the camera....
1
@edwisongogo6326 Darn, i missed the drama....
1
Why do people record in vertical, i'll never know...
1
@Ismail-bi2sk Not only that, but the vid's i've seen, the jag hunts and kills juveniles, or maybe a little older... the ones i've seen look to be no bigger than 6-7 feet tops... never see them take down a full grown caiman, which supposedly can get 15-20 feet long....
1
@save_palestine2691 Actually, the jag and alligator don't overlap, at least in modern times (perhaps 100's of years ago when jags might've lived in what is now the USA and before man screwed up the ecosystem)... They hunt caimans....and as i said in a previous post, from what i've seen, they go after smallish ones.....i have yet to see a vid where they take down a full grown adult, which allegedly can grown more than 15 feet (5 meters)...
1
First off, it defies logic why somebody, anybody, would record a safari video in vertical...when will these people ever learn?!?!?!? 2nd, why all the heartbreak over the lion gettin his arse whooped? Everyone is all about the thrill of watching the lions make a "kill"... How many times did this "Dark Mane" cat prey on, and kill members of this herd? Payback is a b*tch....get over it....
1
Not even close to being wolves...in fact, they can't even cross breed even if they tried... A wolf pack 1/3rd that size would take down a buffalo....
1
@EdmondForster68 Actually, i've only heard them being called painted wolves....either way, it's inaccurate....
1
@bettybunbun9664 Oh really? Gimme the timestamp where you see this "headless" cub.......
1
@bettybunbun9664 OK, got it.... But it isn't so "clear" as you say---i watched it on a desktop, not a dinky little fone and it wasn't obvious..... She obviously edited out the head removal part because the cub was clearly alive and moving, the leopard licking its head, then he's licking the body where the head should be, and then jumps out of the tree.......not to mention a vertical branch was hanging in the line of sight.... And her vocal was muffled....couldn't unnerstand jack.... So no, i ain't blind........ Still, never EVER record in vertical....
1
@wilmetteentwistle9242 Are you from Wilmette, Illinois? If so, howdy neighbor!!!
1
Typical stupid cat stuck in a tree.... Maybe not so typical, as this one figured out how to get down...
1
Yes, Yes, Yes…the voice of reason!!! How do you take an African Safari and record in vertical??? SMH.
1
@100schlingensief6 Can't, when it's recorded in vertical! Never, EVER record a video in vertical!
1
In this case, the herd came to the rescue, but you see so many other vids where they abandon one of their own....almost like it's a sacrificial lamb..... Let one herd member jump on a grenade to save the rest of the herd, i guess.. BTW, i wonder if the author knows what "buffalo soldier" actually means.....
