There is no reason to persecute people like my wife for needing to use the women’s restroom. She’s legally female.

  129. I know all about Jessica Yaniv. She should be jailed. Do I get to pick criminals that represent you, now? You haven’t done a lot of explaining here. If children’s safety is the issue why not have child only restrooms? Why not have mandatory restroom attendants in public bathrooms that can radio security in the building? Why not have panic buttons in restrooms? Why does my wife need to be the embodiment of all the possible safety issues of women in restrooms? Where is the statistical evidence that women are being assaulted by men posing as trans women in restrooms at vastly higher rates then they’re being assaulted otherwise? There are many countries worth of data on this topic, because again in most of North America and Europe it’s completely legal for trans women to use female restrooms.

  130. I hope you’re aware that no one uses the word transvesite anymore. It’s been completely outmoded. Crossdessing or drag is one thing and being trans is another.
