  1. What a great longform interview. You really let her speak and give her perspective. It's incredibly rare to find a Thai trans girl that can articulate this much nuance in English. My wife is a Thai trans woman. Thailand is a very tolerant place for LGBT people but it's a legal black hole. I can't legally marry my wife in Thailand, nor can she change her legal gender. This is not the case in California where she is legally female on her US passport and we are legally married. Thailand has a long way to go in this regard. Wishing her the best on her career!
