The Bible says that we are all sinners As it is written: There is none righteous, no not one Romans 3:10 For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousness are as filthy rags. Isaiah 64:6 For the wages of sin is death. Romans 6:23 (the word “death” in this verse is eternal separation from God, in hell.) Come now, and let us reason together, Saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Isaiah 1:18 Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures and that he was buried,and that He rose again the third day according To the Scriptures 1Cor 15 3:8 In whom we have redemption through His blood, even the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:14 For by grace ye are saved; through faith and not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, not of works, lest any man should boast. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vein Galatians 2:21 If you would like to receive Jesus as your Savior. Realize that you are a hopeless sinner and trust in Jesus and only Jesus to save you. You can say a prayer expressing your gratitude, sorrow for your sins, etc. but remember your prayer doesn’t save you.  Your trust in Jesus and what He did for you on the cross is what saves you. The moment you trust in Jesus and only Jesus, you are saved. After people get saved they get baptized in the name of the Father and of the son and of the Holy Spirit. It is for believers only and has nothing to do with your salvation.

  2.  @johngoldsworthy7635  John, God isn’t responsible for the sin in the world. Sin entered the world because of Eve. We all have free will to do good or evil. To accept Jesus free gift of Salvation or reject it. You don’t know who God is and how much He loves you. I’m sorry about the false ideas you have about Him. We all sin, if you ever told a lie or had a bad thought, you have sinned, so yes , He wanted to die for your sins. He is God, He didn’t have to do that for us. He chose to suffer because He loves us and wanted us to be with Him in heaven, but sin can’t enter heaven so He paid the price for your sins, so you don’t have to. If I lacked faith, I wouldn’t waste time telling others, I would have nothing to tell, but I do have faith and I am glad that someone showed me the truth in the Bible
