@tad001 Well a baby, fetus and zygote might all be different things, but to varying degrees they all experience physical pain and personhood. I think the important thing that needs to be pointed out is that is that fine, it needs to be a woman's choice (mostly) if they get an abortion. But some consideration needs to be taken of the fetus growing inside so that it doesn't experience pain. I.e the procedure needs to happen really early (within 11 weeks). I think that's fair. It's kinda cruel, heartless and selfish for you to wait so long and them decide you actually don't want this baby after all. Is that so unreasonable?

@tad001 I also think you are conveniently forgetting where drag queen subculture comes from. It's sexual in nature, so yes it is inappropriate for children. Same goes for similar performances of straight people. That's pretty obvious. In fact I'm pretty sure that if we were talking abt straight ppl, there would be a more vocal outcry. At least in that case ppl know they aren't gonna be labeled or cancelled. Drag Queens are people yes, but they don't need children at their performances. I'm not sure why we as a society can't be turthfull and agree on this. Maybe you can enlighten me?

@tad001 This viability question is somewhat irrelevant to my point though. Whether or not a person can survive outside the womb should not be a measure of whether the fetus should be aborted. That's ludicrous. The fetus will still fight to survive if its being aborted. That's cruel. Who is coming up with this 'general rule'? Cus I know it ain't scientists. Abortion outside of medical considerations is a social issue at its core. So medical and scientific professionals are gonna have very little relevant input if any if when a fetus shud be aborted. Most of us went to school so we can read and understand the science to some degree. So I encourage you to read up on neural development in a fetus. You will understand I promise.

@tad001 I don't think the bar analogy is a good one. Who is served alcohol in controlled. Who can SEE a drag queen performance is not. And judging by your comment, you mentioned you don't mind taking your kids to these performances. It's sth that is increasingly being seen as harmless and appropriate when it's not. Also last time I checked society still frowned on ppl who took their kids to clubs, stip bars etc... So there's that. Some things need to be shielded for children. Why are you framing it as exclusion? That's disingenuous.
