@drencrum by your own definition, the Russians themselves where willing to throw bodies to defend kherson and kremina for example. They only reluctantly left kherson. So how are their tactics different again? This narritive of 'Russias not in it for the territory' is dead on arrival based on the tactical choices they've made, which you incorrectly pointed out, and the political choices they've made through annexation and mobilisation. The Russians are clearly fighting for territory, and their tactics reflect that Also, your acting like the Russians are the only ones who methodically advance, as if that's not what the Ukrainians did in kherson. And you sound so confident the Russians are willing to engage in this conventional conflict indefinitely. As if the Ukrainians aren't? Again you're showing your bias

You're exaggerating But most importantly, even if what you say is true, you haven't addressed the justification for the ratio. All you have is circumstantial evidence of large Ukrainian losses, but yet no number of Russian losses. So how do you know the ratio?
