  11. i trail run with a gortex shell over down or some other insulator and it is wonderful. if its too hot i take it off, i never get cold even well below 0. its windproof and waterproof for rain and snow. im not worried about sweating tho, thats part of the game. if its warmer than 60 and raining its too warm to wear so i just get rained on
