  2. 12:35 Kinda like how the government hires hackers to find vulnerabilities in Windows and iOS, etc. and doesn't go to tell Microsoft or anything so that they can keep those trump cards in their sleeves, even though those vulnerabilities being there at all negatively affects everybody and it's only a matter of time before bad actors exploit the hole
