  1. Yes. It's affirmative action. So what? These are things that need to be affirmed, until they don't need to be affirmed anymore. The fact that they have this much of a problem with it shows why it needs to be affirmed. And by the way, the dismantling of slavery and segregation itself, and the attempts at Reconscruction, all were "affirmative action".

  2. If appointing a black woman for being a black woman is unconstitutional, then appointing a white man for being a white man is also unconstitutional. And that's what they want to do, every time, without exception, even though we are supposed to have a little thing called representative government
